I am honestly a little disappointed in this stay. The first room we went to had someone smoking next door, they moved us to another room which is fine. What is annoying is the little things like only fast food and the casual dining open Monday and Tuesdays. No mention that you cannot get a glass of wine and enjoy it in your room. No mention was made of these policies when checking in. I’m not a big gambler and really don’t hang out in bars so I will spend the extra money and stay at Sandia going forward.

This review is focused mostly on the showroom concert facility. We have a great experience seeing Night Ranger. There was not a bad seat in the house and the sound quality was excellent. The facility was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of free parking. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The cocktails and food at the venue were reasonably priced and lines were short with plenty of staff working. Security was present which was comforting. Definitely recommend this venue over the isletta amputheater which is overpriced and a nightmare, negotiating traffic in and out of the facility.

Stayed here for a few nights and the rooms could definitely use more of a cleaning. Pretty dirty in multiple spots. But besides that the staff was very friendly and the casino side was clean and we went to the 777 bar and say the band! Had a blast! Also one of the cheapest drinks at the casino we found all weekend and we went to 5 different casinos in New Mexico!
Great pool and hot tub!!
Also Would recommend to stay here.

Have been here a few times for a staycation while living in ABQ. Can't speak for the casino part bc I don't gamble, but the rooms and amenities are very clean. The picture with my review is the beautiful Jar Spa outside. Big shoutout to Carmelita at the front desk for helping me with an issue with the Spa! Thank you so much! Your favor to me will not be forgotten

Staying here tonight and usually we get a room here with my little family for Christmas/New Years... the room is always clean and nice. But this time I feel like we got a dirty room... furniture is all scuffed... drawer won't even stay closed.. dust all over the headboard. And just overall a bad room. I feel for over 200 dollars for a room it be very pretty and clean. Very disappointed.
