Nice looking hotel, clean, check-in staff was friendly.
Then we took the kids to enjoy the pool before check-out and missed 11am by LITERALLY 2 MINUTES. We were rushing down the hall in our bathing suits and tried to badge in at 11:01, but the card had already been deactivated. I told the gentleman at the front desk and he was unmoved. Said there was absolutely no way he could allow us into the pool, as it was after checkout time -- by two minutes. Sorry Charlie, hope you enjoyed your stay, now get out!
I get it, rules are rules, but I was astonished he wasn't willing to let the kids swim for a bit before we left. A nice empathetic guest let us in and the kids swam for a bit, until this guy comes in and threatens to call security!
This place is a lovely looking ghost town. The parking lot is empty. They have nothing but slots. No poker. Very disappointed. Booked the Sandia Resort and Casino up the road the following night, which was AMAZING.
We had a bad experience. If it weren't for that incident, I would have given them at least 4 stars. You may have a wonderful visit, as long as nothing like this happens to you.

This casino may be on the smaller side, but it has a charming, quaint feel that really works in its favor. The staff truly stood out—everyone was incredibly helpful and sweet, which made a big difference, especially since we checked in on Christmas Day. The rooms were also very nice and clean, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Despite its size, there was a great variety of slot machines and table games, more than enough to keep us entertained throughout a long weekend. The dining options were a bit limited, though to be fair we didn’t try the higher-end steakhouse, which may have offered a different experience. Overall, it was a cozy, enjoyable stay with excellent service, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

We stayed at Santa Ana Hotel and Casino as a staycation for my birthday and enjoyed having drinks at Lounge 54 and dinner at Juniper. The service at both were exceptional! Christine at Lounge 54 was fantastic and made me the yummiest Bloody Mary! The food at Juniper is as good or better than some of the high end steak houses I’ve eaten at in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. It just as I expected but better...The decor of the lobby to the rooms were top notch! I can't wait to stay here again. The front desk is awesome and very very helpful with your requests! They texted me when I was still at home (hence I live in Idaho) about my upcoming stay and if I needed anything. They even have Starbucks inside.

1 star for this reason only - I paid for a slice of cake and pointed out the one I wanted, the cashier said NO I have to give you the oldest one, which are the ones in the back, then told me the one they got me was 3 days old and I had to take it, because that is their policy - I was flabbergasted! They saw my reaction and went ahead and gave me one that was a bit fresher, and said they might get in trouble for doing that - WOW! REALLY?!?! I like their food overall, although never bought cake until that day - so the 1 star was knowing I paid for old food in the dessert and salad section. I don't put blame on the employees.
