This review is focused mostly on the showroom concert facility. We have a great experience seeing Night Ranger. There was not a bad seat in the house and the sound quality was excellent. The facility was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of free parking. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The cocktails and food at the venue were reasonably priced and lines were short with plenty of staff working. Security was present which was comforting. Definitely recommend this venue over the isletta amputheater which is overpriced and a nightmare, negotiating traffic in and out of the facility.

The architecture of this building first off gorgeous. Those 140 beams coming out the front of the hotel. Service was very accommodating. If your from out of state just know new Mexico is not like your home. The are different. Quite reserved. Seemed almost silence. But you are noticed. And although you may be a tourist it's a peaceful getaway with the family I took all 5 of mine. This hotel is in a great location in my opinion. In every direction 20 minutes you're in a whole nother world each time. From hayfields and pueblos. pinon and honey.hatch chili to taqueria and fresh baked tortillas. They also have food at the resort. But not like you can get about. American foods like burgers, Chinese food and a coffee show that severs ice cream. They do have a heated pool and spa area. In between the indoor and outdoor pool that's all connected together there's a wonderful waterfall. They also have a spa in there and so much more. If your worried about safety don't. they have police on patrol, car security, and bike security always patrolling. Even in the elevator to go up you have to scan your own room key to go to your room. New Mexico was a whole experience! And I'm glad that Isleta had a hand in it. I truly thank you guys

We've never stayed in a room in this casino, since we live 10 minutes away. They appear to be nice, if the outer appearance and casino floor itself is a testament. No, since we are in such close proximity to this grand location, we make Bingo Night a regular family occurrence. I shan't reveal the day of the week, lest we should spoil our Lucky Calls, since we regularly leave this casino with more money than we entered. Whether that's in Bingo itself, or the rather loose and playful slots that we play after the balls have been called (look for those Link games, and ones with the special Features...), it always seems to not only pan out for us, but to give us an adorable profit as well. Overall, hey, let's be real. I cannot and will not make any promises or hopes that your luck may be the same as mine, which is Blessed Beyond Belief. I married a unicorn, we love the same casino games, and she's BETTER than me. So your luck, no matter the casino, may just be the 13 kind. All I'm saying is if you're in the ABQ area, give the 505 a holla and drop some cash at Isleta. Oh, and their green Chile stew, served at the adjacent Bingo Cafe, is the second best I've ever tasted, behind my mom-in-law's recipe. Seriously, so very good, every single time. Go there, but be responsible, y'all.

Went to Isleta for a MMA event. Everything went well! Isleta staff was exceptional and courteous! Restrooms were clean and there was plenty of free parking. Best of all, I felt safe. Security was watching everyone. Thank you, staff!

Location was okay. The staff were really good and there is plenty of parking. The food court offers cheaper options for dinner or lunch and they had a great selection of free soda on the gaming floor. There were a few negatives, very wet carpet in our room near the AC which we didn’t discover until I tried to close the curtain at bedtime. The next morning the coffee pot didn’t work, and there was only 1 working elevator in the hotel.
