Beautiful casino resort - and love that it’s completely smoke-free throughout! We stayed nearby as the hotel rooms were pretty pricey for a last-minute weekend evening. We spent our money at the resort on food, drinks & slots. We had dinner at the SportsBook Bar and watched a college playoff game. The 3 of us had wings (delicious and perfectly cooked - loved the Whisky Black Pepper BBQ sauce); fried shrimp basket (huge golden delicious shrimp); and a Bison burger that was truly super tasty. We were thinking of dessert - they have original options that all sounded delish - but we were so full! It was busy with the crowd for the game but the servers were bustling and doing well. Slots were a good mix of all types of games - we played for a long time and still ended up with a little extra in our pockets. We will definitely come back here. Beautiful resort and it was really nicely decorated for the holidays. Good dance band in the lounge.

I stayed here multiple times in the past so what I am saying today is no one time visit review. Came for a single night for a Christmas party for a large local organization. We have the entire Ballroom area and the wing next to it for the party. On showing up at check-in time at around 3:45 there was a line of 25 people and one person checking them in. After about five people got through one more person showed up and no one else showed up to help check people in as the line grew longer and longer. We stood in the line for approximately 45 minutes to get checked into our room for one night, and the person checking Us in seemed to not really understand what they were doing. She confirmed that we had a king room and she stated that all of the king rooms are on the lower floors for some reason. At the end she handed us the booklet with the cards, did not tell us what room was ours or give the usual directions to the elevator. I just stared at her and then she asked me for my name to start checking me in, though I was there with my wife standing right next to me. We got room 316, and headed there immediately. Upon checking into the room we opened up the blinds to find out that there is a wall right in front of the window. Bright lights that light up the side of the building pointing right at the window as well. This isn't a 2 ft wall or a 3 ft wall, this is about a 10-ft high wall right in front of our window. We're familiar with the view and only staying here for one night so we continued on. With all of the Peeping that has been in the news the last few years you figured they would finally put the covers on the peepholes so people can't see into your room, no can do. I have a photo of it included with it plugged with one square of toilet paper properly rolled up. The room's temperature was set to 75 to 78°, so you can imagine in the middle of December this being rather warm. The room isn't terrible and they are decently designed although all of the plastic switches and Outlets have some discoloring to them that makes it seem like they're 30 or 40 years old. I will say I really like the adapter they have for the electronics on the side so you can still plug everything in and not lose out on a plug. For some reason the buffet is still closed here, and they don't seem to ever want to open anything else up in its place, so dining options are extremely limited if you're not here for a party where you going to be served. We got changed and headed down for a drink before we checked in to the party for the night. Heading over to the bar nobody stopped us walking in, so we headed to the bartender to order two beers. My son called who is going to be at the same party and told me he was on his way down so I wanted to walk to the railing at the edge of the bar area to Signal him to our location, the bartender would not give my wife the two beers we paid for to walk back over to me, 40 ft away. Unlike the last time we were there we were able to walk out with our beers towards the ballroom area with nobody harassing us, at least that was a decent change. The place is beautiful, but paying that much for a room to be on a lower floor near all the noise with a bright light shining at the window so you can't even see the sliver of sky at night you do have is just not worth it. They charge too much for this kind of inconvenience, queen beds should be on the lower floors and king bed should be higher up. The silliness with the drinking rules for drinking at the casino need to be gone back over. There's no reason to treat adults this way. Either open your Buffet back up or rebuild it into a new restaurant, covid has been over for a long time.

We stayed the night here, everyone is so unfriendly!! The dealer at the blackjack table was rude and not engaging, stopped at the restaurant the 2 hostess, we addressed them said hi and they just starred at us… And didn’t say anything, so we left. This morning getting coffee at the shop, same thing. We were the first to engage and say good morning. Got our coffee to play some blackjack, security abruptly said, where are you going? No good morning, we open at 8am… very disappointed for such a beautiful place. The lack of decent service and friendly employees ruined the experience and makes me not want to return. I will say the Sports Book restaurant provided great service! Would go back there.

First time staying here on our drive from austin to vegas and it was incredible! So good infact, we booked a room last minute on our way back home also. Every staff we encountered was friendly and personable, casino was clean and fun and I can not say enough about our incredible room. Even managed to get the same room twice and will request that room when we come back!

Bien Shur restaurant. Nice atmosphere, good service. We are totally fine with paying high prices for fine dinning, but yikes. $67 for 3 scallops. $65 for sea bass. $65 for the fillet. The plates were beautifully plated.
