We walked in after having a bad day trying to rebook canceled flights and general manager Adrian and concierge Tracy turned our day around. Their help and kindness made us feel like royalty for our entire stay. This resort isn't just about gambling, but it's also about the pool, golf, concerts in the amazing amphitheater, delicious variety of restaurants and food, as well as shopping! If you forget your cover up, they have some really nice ones in the shop that are reasonably priced. Our room was extremely clean and pleasant with good amenities and an incredible view of the Sandia mountains. This really feels like a high-end Vegas casino but better because of the personalized attention and service by all the staff.

Visiting from Arizona and we decided to check out Sandia Casino. 2 things happened. First we found out no drinks on the floor. That’s fine. Over a few hours of gambling we’ll have 2-3 beers but decided to just relax for a couple of hours before gambling and have a few then. The person in the photo asked us right away what we wanted and served them promptly but after that; no amount of yelling/waving hands etc could get his attention. He watched tv on his phone the entire time. We stood there in front and asked loudly for another but he didn’t seem to notice and the rap music he was playing at 11 a.m was quite loud. We were reluctant to touch him/tap him to make him stop watching tv. Second, my husband didn’t get a jackpot but hit a spin that’s very rare and provided a realistic opportunity for a jackpot. Wouldn’t you know.. AS SOON as that happened, the machine “malfunctioned.” They came over and fixed it and we told them it malfunctioned right as we got a winning spin and he double talked out of it. We continued to play and pretty soon multiple managers grouped behind us and they were whispering amongst them selves and seemed worried. In that moment we knew they knew we were right. We cashed out and 5 managers descended on the machine. Later it had an out of order sign. Likely because it was set to hit. Awful experience all the way around.

We stayed at Sandia Casino this weekend and had an enjoyable stay overall. The pool area was relaxing, and the food was good. The room was clean and comfortable, although I wasn’t a fan of the shower head—it didn’t provide a great shower experience. The biggest disappointment, however, was the roulette table. I don’t gamble often or much by some standards, but roulette is one game I genuinely enjoy. The minimum bet is $15, and the table uses only $5 chips. It used to be $1 chips, which made the game much more accessible and enjoyable for casual players. Whether this change was made out of greed or simply to make the game easier to manage, it has taken the fun out of it for people like me. Unfortunately, that change alone is enough that I won’t be returning. It’s a shame because everything else about our stay was enjoyable.

Our stay was amazing! Only one night as we celebrated our wedding but Melissa at the front desk was so so kind and even upgraded our room as a way to congratulate us. Great time and will absolutely plan to be back in the future

We visited Bien Shur to listen to jazz and we had a delightful time. It is self service bar so that was a bit different, but I do like the comfortable seating set up and the views are spectacular.
