Brutally honest review. Check in was slow and there was no Valet. Have to pay $10-$15 for valet. Casino staff is amazing. Rooms are nice. Mattress is rough. Staff here is really kind and helpful. This is why I give it 5 star. Place is clean and organized. Mattress is still pretty rough. Toilet is stopped up. I’m tired. Nite

Amazing. I don’t gamble, hotel was close to where I was working. I enjoyed the food court. The staff was great. Can’t say enough about the cleanliness of the hotel, casino and especially the rooms. Done up everyday. I stay in a lot of hotels around the country. This is definitely a top 5. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed at Santa Ana Hotel and Casino as a staycation for my birthday and enjoyed having drinks at Lounge 54 and dinner at Juniper. The service at both were exceptional! Christine at Lounge 54 was fantastic and made me the yummiest Bloody Mary! The food at Juniper is as good or better than some of the high end steak houses I’ve eaten at in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time add the Santa Ana Star casino hotel. Parking was convenient, check in was a breeze. The environment felt safe inside and out. Enjoy the swimming pool and the bowling alley. Word of advice when picking a room is that Junior suites are only separated by a quarter of a wall. With two TVs mounted back to back. Overall the definitely would stay again.

Stayed at the SASC as I was in town for a conference at the nearby Hyatt Tamaya. Clean, well air conditioned rooms, tons of dining options as well as two shops within the casino, and of course while I'm not much of a gambler thousands of square feet worth of slot machines. The gym is nothing to write home about but it gets the job done especially if you're just in town for three nights like I was. Service was exceptional, Brynn at Legend's as well as Tiffany and Alicia were lovely and gave great recommendations. Mesa Grille being open late was a lifesaver post-evening workouts.
