There are two things that I will remember about my stay here. First thing is the absolutely beautiful view of the mountains out of my window! The second is the crappy service from the front desk.
The room was good and I will never forget the view, pictures included.
When I woke up in the morning I tried to make coffee. It didn’t work. I tried for half an hour, reading the instructions and doing it all step by step over and over and nothing. So I called down to the front desk and was told to call house keeping like it was my fault for it not working…
No one answered at house keeping at like 6:30am so I had to go down to the casino and get coffee.
Surprisingly 20 minutes after getting back to my room a very nice guy knocked on my door and asked if I wanted him to go get a different coffee maker and switch them out. I tried to be nice to him because it was early and he was just doing his job but I let him know that the lady at the front desk was a joke and that I had already gotten some coffee from the casino.
People will always remember the way you treat them and I will always remember Jaime from the front desk and that morning

The stay here was superb. The staff was so accommodating and easy to find and chat with. The building is so clean and well maintained. The pool is huge and I love that it's indoor, but connected to the outside. The casino is easy to navigate. The food at the sports book and the steakhouse was so good and so inexpensive for what you get. This place has it all for a comfy and fun stay. I will be staying again!

My brother & I ate at Juniper Steakhouse last night. Lamb ribs, mashed potatoes & steamed asparagus AND appetizer avocado tempura were HEAVEN! Excellent service! Every visit is outstanding!

Easy check in. Pet friendly. Smoke free. Calming environment, even the casino. Romantic rooms. Clean property. Plenty parking. Very fluffy pillows. Room came equipped with enough towels for the stay. Pool and hot tub area relaxing with binaural beats and meditation type music. Friendly staff. Many dog relief areas, with a mini map to help you identify them. They gave my dog a gift bag, it was cute, filled with collapsible bowl, treats, poop bag, and more.

Great venue! Had my marriage reception here! They were fantastic, excellent food, guests loved it. Staff made it pain-free!. Very affordable. Classy!!
